Alexei Navalny’s death in Russian prison: A cautionary tale of regime brutality and lack of transparency

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny’s death has sparked controversy and concern among experts and U.S. intelligence officials, who believe that President Vladimir Putin must have been involved in the murder due to Navalny’s high political value and lack of alternative explanations.
