Amwins Underwriting’s Home Health Care HNOA Program Provides Customized Coverage Solutions for In-Home Medical Operations

Amwins Underwriting division’s Program Underwriters (APU) has recently launched a Home Health Care HNOA program to provide hired and non-owned auto liability coverage for home health care operations. With the increasing trend of seniors choosing to remain in their homes for longer periods and advancements in medical procedures allowing for at-home recovery, the demand for home health care services has been on the rise.

Julie Reisinger, the program manager at APU, highlighted the importance of working with experts who are well-versed in the evolving healthcare landscape. She emphasized that their team is dedicated to crafting customized coverage solutions for insureds, ensuring long-term protection for their clients.

The coverage under the Home Health Care HNOA program is available in all states except for Louisiana and offers standalone hired and non-owned auto liability with limits up to $5 million. The program caters to a variety of classes of business such as doctors, nurse practitioners, visiting nurses, physical therapists, and more. However, accounts involving client, patient or passenger transport are not eligible for this particular program.

Amwins specialists have strong relationships with top-rated carriers and are deeply involved in the market. They offer clients precise coverage that safeguards their operations while navigating the evolving healthcare landscape. The goal of this program is to provide comprehensive and tailored insurance solutions to home health care providers so they can have necessary protection while delivering essential services to patients in their homes.
