President Biden has signed a $95 billion aid package that will provide military assistance to Ukraine, Israel and the Indo-Pacific region after months of negotiations and debates. The measure, approved by the Senate, includes $61 billion in aid to Ukraine, $26 billion for Israel, and $8 billion for the Indo-Pacific region.
Biden emphasized that the shipments of aid will begin immediately to help Ukraine defend against a Russian offensive.
