However, shortly after the public health advisory was issued, the fire at Martinez Renewable Fuels was brought under control. As a result, the public health advisory for these areas was lifted. In an update on their website at 3:54 a.m., CCH reported a flaring incident at Marathon Martinez that may be visible to the surrounding community. Later that day, they issued an “all clear” message indicating that the situation had been resolved.
