On Saturday, the Wisconsin Badgers extended an offer to four-star class of 2026 wide receiver Madden Williams, adding him to their roster of offensive playmakers for the upcoming season. Williams, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound player from St. John Bosco in Bellflower, California, is ranked as the nation’s No. 37 wide receiver, No. 25 recruit from California, and No. 245 overall prospect for the class of 2026.
The Badgers have been busy recruiting top talent for their team in recent years and Williams joins other offensive talents who have received offers from UW, including Kennan and Jarod Pula, Rico Blassingame, Sharroid Whitehead, and Brandon Brown Jr. Despite being a young recruit, Williams already has offers from 27 NCAA Division I programs, including top schools like Ohio State, Georgia, and Stanford. While predictions about his ultimate choice are still up in the air, experts believe Williams could end up at in-state schools like UCLA or Cal.
Adding Williams to their roster would greatly benefit UW’s offensive lineup in the coming years
