NBC Sports Chicago features Matas Buzelis and Julian Phillips as key players on Chicago Bulls summer league roster

Chicago Bulls Rookie Matas Buzelis has officially signed his rookie scale contract and is now listed on an NBA roster. Joining him on the team for the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas are second-year forward Julian Phillips, Adama Sanogo, Henri Drell, Andrew Funk, Marcus Domask from Illinois and Chase Audige from Northwestern. The team will be coached by Billy Donovan III.

The Bulls will face off against the Golden State Warriors, Detroit Pistons and Atlanta Hawks during the summer league games. Additional games will be determined based on their performance in the playoffs. Julian Phillips, who played 40 games last season, is fully healthy after a right midfoot sprain while Buzelis, the 11th pick in the recent NBA Draft, is eager to get started with the team.
