Jasmine Tolbert has joined the board of directors of Columbia River Mental Well being Solutions, a Clark County nonprofit that supplies behavioral well being and recovery solutions for kids, adults, and households in Southwest Washington.

Tolbert, who has bachelor’s degree in social science with a concentration in personnel psychology/human sources from Washington State University Vancouver, at present serves as vice president fo persons and culture for YWCA Clark County.
