Empowering Innovation: A Collaborative Discussion on the Future of Work and Employment Prospects in a Digital Age

On Wednesday, July 3, the technical table promoted by ANGI – National Association of Young Innovators in collaboration with the Cafasso & Figli studio on the theme “Innovation and work: scenarios and perspectives between AI and digital” took place in the prestigious setting of the Chamber of Deputies. The aim of the initiative was to bring together experts, academics, businesses, and institutions to discuss the world of work, the development of new skills, the labor law vision, and the implications for young people and businesses.

The proceedings were opened by representatives from ANGI, including President Gabriele Ferrieri and member Alessandro del Frate. Institutional greetings were given by Hon. Alessandro Giglio Vigna, President of the European Affairs Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, and Hon. Walter Rizzetto, President of the Public and Private Work Commission of the Chamber of Deputies.

Professor Nino Carmine Cafasso, President of AIS (Associazione Imprese di Servizi), Employment Lawyer, and Labor Consultant was one of the speakers at the event. He highlighted several topics related to work including Zes (Special Economic Zones), AI’s role in employment prospects regarding cohesion decree as well as public-private partnership through project financing.

Institutional representatives from various organizations shared their insights on topics such as skills development, investments in new professions among other things. The roundtable aimed to explore prospects for new professionals in fields that are rapidly evolving due to technological advancements such as AI. The discussions also focused on developing ideas that would benefit both businesses and young talents alike in terms of innovation collaboration.

President Ferrieri expressed his satisfaction with participation at this event while thanking all parties involved including parliamentary institutions from within the Chamber. In conclusion, he emphasized that it is crucial for innovation to support both businesses and young talent while promoting collaboration within these fields.
