University of Utah Health Plans offers a range of services, including medical, mental health, and pharmacy benefits for government programs such as Medicaid and CHIP, as well as fully insured and self-funded employer groups, individuals, and families. If you are currently on CHIP and need help or have questions about changing your plan, you can contact a Health Program Representative at 866-608-9422. Families can apply for CHIP at any time through MyCase or by calling 1-877-543-7669. Open enrollment takes place from May 15 through June 15 during which you can change your existing plan.
