The Modernizing Authorities Know-how Reform Act of 2023, launched by Reps. Gerry Connolly and Nancy Mace, goals to make key revisions to the regulation that established the federal authorities’s Know-how Modernization Fund. The unique regulation, known as the Modernizing Authorities Know-how Act, was handed in 2017. The brand new invoice seeks to reauthorize the TMF till 2030 and improve its funding by $50 million.
