She has over 20 years of experience providing strategic advice to banks, wealth managers, capital markets intermediaries, and non-FIs on digital transformation strategy, risk and regulations, controls, and governance.
Julia’s expertise in digital transformation has helped her clients adapt to the evolving regulatory landscape and navigate complex compliance requirements. Her ability to connect the dots and co-create practical, tailored solutions for specific needs has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry.
In addition to her client work, Julia is actively involved in giving back through board directorship and mentoring. She currently serves on the Boards of Trustees for ISEAS (Institute of Southeast Asian Studies) and the Building Construction Authority, as well as the Governance and Audit Committee of the Singapore Heart Foundation. She also mentors with Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub.
