Donna Kelce supports small businesses by allowing them to feature cookie recipes on mugs to help relieve students’ lunch debt – KIRO 7 News Seattle

Donna Kelce, the mother of NFL tight end Travis Kelce and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, has become famous for her chocolate chip cookies. A small business in the Kansas City area created a mug that said “It’s Mama Kelce’s world and we’re just living in it,” which caught Donna’s attention. She ended up buying 20 of the mugs for Christmas gifts. The mug features the entire recipe and directions for Donna Kelce’s cookie recipe and sells for about $18.

In response to Donna’s purchase, the owner of the small business, Annie Stowe, reached out to Donna and asked if she could put her cookie recipe on a mug and donate $5 per mug sold to pay off elementary school lunch debt. Donna agreed, and enough mugs were sold to pay off about $2,000 towards lunch debt at a school in the Kansas City metro area. When the Chiefs do well, I do well, and this is my little way to give back, Stowe said.

Donna Kelce’s cookies became well known after she made them for her sons before they met in Super Bowl LVII in February 2023. If you are interested in a mug, you can visit Annie’s Barn’s website. Stowe had asked Donna if she wanted to deliver the checks to the school with her but so far has not heard back from her. Currently, Donna is in Las Vegas watching her son Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs play against the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVI.
