Bob Faith, the founder and CEO of global real estate firm Greystar, has been named to Forbes’ “World’s Billionaire List,” which highlights the richest people around the globe. He ranks No. 511 on the list, with a net worth of $5.8 billion, and his real-time net worth ranking climbed to No. 505 recently.
For three decades, Faith has overseen all aspects of Greystar, which he founded in 1993. His responsibilities include managing organizational structure, strategic planning, and company growth. Faith holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and previously served as the South Carolina secretary of commerce from 2002-06.
In 2023, Faith ranked No. 182 on the Forbes 400 Richest People in America list. French fashion and retail mogul Bernard Arnault and family top the ranking with a net worth of $233 billion, followed by Americans Elon Musk ($195 billion) and Jeff Bezos ($194 billion).
