The Chief Technology Officer of Gold-i, Chris James, has left the company after six years in the role. During his tenure at the trading technology provider, James oversaw client support, operations, onboarding, software development, and quality assurance teams. With his departure, Gold-i bids a sad farewell to a dedicated team member who joined as a tester 12 years ago and quickly rose to the position of CTO. His contributions and innovations will be missed, and the CEO, Tom Higgins, expressed gratitude for his hard work and wished him success in his future endeavors.
Having worked at Gold-i for almost 11 years in various roles, James started as a Quality Assurance Analyst before being promoted to roles such as Product Development Manager, Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, and Head of Quality Assurance. His departure marks the end of an era at the UK-based firm but also paves the way for new opportunities and growth. As Higgins stated in a statement released by the company: “We are grateful for Chris’s contributions to our success over the past six years. His hard work and dedication have been instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.”
With James leaving Gold-i behind him, he will undoubtedly continue to make waves in the tech industry with his expertise and innovative ideas. As he embarks on this new chapter of his career, we wish him all the best on this exciting journey ahead!
