Karin Exner-Wöhrer Steps Down from Signa Prime Supervisory Board Amid Compensation Disagreements

Karin Exner-Wöhrer, an entrepreneur from Salzburger Aluminum AG, has reportedly resigned from her position as a member of the supervisory board for Signa Prime. This comes after disagreements over remuneration and uncertainties surrounding the board’s compensation were brought to light. The Signa Prime supervisory board was recently reduced from eight to five members, with Michael Mitterdorfer and Sebastian Schäfer joining Exner-Wöhrer on the board. Michael Siefert and Jürgen-Johann Rupp are also members of the board, making a total of four members with Exner-Wöhrer’s departure. The company has not commented on the situation, and Exner-Wöhrer has remained quiet about her decision.
