Kid Cudi’s Coachella Set Cut Short Due to Injury; Tour Canceled, Fans Receive Refunds

Kid Cudi’s Coachella set was cut short after he appeared to twist his ankle while performing his hit song “Memories.” The Ohio-native rapper had to be escorted off the stage after taking a tumble. Cudi later confirmed that he had broken his foot during the incident.

As a result of the injury, Kid Cudi announced the cancellation of his Insano Engage the Rage World Tour. The tour, scheduled to kick off in June, included over 40 concerts across North America and Europe. Cudi expressed his disappointment in having to cancel the tour and stated that he would need time to recover from his broken calcaneus.

Fans who purchased tickets for the tour will receive full refunds, and new tour dates will be rescheduled as soon as possible. The rapper acknowledged the severity of his injury and emphasized the importance of taking time to heal in order to give his best performance in the future.

Despite the setback, Kid Cudi remains appreciative of his fans’ support and looks forward to returning to the stage once he has fully recovered. The rapper’s ninth studio album, “Insano,” which features 20 tracks, served as the inspiration for the now-cancelled tour.
