Neurodiverse Hires: Enabled Intelligence Seeks AI Data Annotators for Attention to Detail Skills

Enabled Intelligence, a leading AI technology company based in Falls Church, Virginia, is set to recruit 100 AI data annotators who are neurodiverse. These individuals, such as those on the Autism Spectrum, ADHD, and Dyslexia, possess valuable skills that are highly sought after in the industry. The company’s CEO, Peter Kant, highlighted that the work requires attention to detail, hyper-focus, pattern recognition, puzzle-solving, and analytical skills – all of which many neurodiverse individuals excel in.

Melwood, a nonprofit organization based in Leesburg, Virginia that provides jobs and opportunities for people with disabilities, is partnering with Enabled Intelligence to prepare workers for success through a 14-week boot camp program. This program helps participants gain IT certifications and develop soft skills necessary to work in a professional environment. Melwood graduate Cody Hart emphasized the importance of this initiative for people like him who are neurodivergent and seeking job opportunities in the tech industry.

Recently, three Virginia Democrats – Congressman Don Beyer, Senators Tim Kaine and Mark Warner – visited Enabled Intelligence to express their support for Melwood’s Neurodivergent Workforce Initiative. This initiative received $307
