Oberlin Business Partnership Launches Inaugural Super Teams Event: A Professional Development Opportunity for Companies in the Area

The Oberlin Business Partnership is thrilled to announce the first-ever Super Teams event, an exciting addition to their Leadercast Series. This event, set to take place on June 25 at 8 a.m. at the Hotel at Oberlin, 10 E. College St., will help companies improve their leadership skills.

Sharon Pearson, the executive director of the Oberlin Business Partnership, shared that this event is a rare opportunity for individuals in the area to attend a professional development event of this caliber. The Super Teams event will be video recorded, although attendees are encouraged to attend in person. Pearson stated that the Leadercast had not previously offered a program like this in the area, making it a unique opportunity for individuals between Oberlin and Columbus to participate.

During this event, attendees will have the chance to learn new leadership strategies, network with various organizations and business leaders, and discuss operating post-pandemic. As businesses adapt to changes brought about by the pandemic, there has been some dysfunction within organizations. The Super Teams event aims to help companies navigate these challenges and get back on track.

This event is part of a series of three events happening this year and attendees can receive a $10 discount for future events. Tickets are priced at $75 per person or $400 for a table of six. Interested parties can register on the Oberlin Business Partnership’s website in the events section.

Overall, this inaugural Super Teams event promises to be an enriching experience that will provide valuable insights into effective leadership strategies and help businesses thrive in today’s rapidly changing world.
