Red Bluff High School student Erica Lyons has been named the Science Student of the Month for February. With a GPA of 4.05, Lyons has excelled in courses such as Environmental Science, Honors Chemistry, AP Biology, and Anatomy. Her passion for learning in the field of science sets her apart from others, as she finds all branches of science to be engaging and enjoyable.
What motivates Lyons is her curiosity and drive to learn more. She is not bored by science like some other subjects may be. Instead, she is excited about what the future holds and strives to work hard to secure a comfortable and successful future. Her friends and teachers provide her with support and encouragement, which only fuels her passion even more.
This recognition is a testament to Lyons’ dedication and enthusiasm for science, as well as her commitment to pursuing her goals. The Red Bluff community is proud to have such a talented and motivated student in their midst. As she looks towards the future, Lyons plans to attend Montana State University in Bozeman to major in education with a focus on biology.
