Reds Prospect Rhett Lowder Earns Promotion to Double-A Chattanooga Lookouts, Moving One Step Closer to the Majors

Cincinnati Reds prospect Rhett Lowder has been recently promoted from High-A Dayton to Double-A Chattanooga Lookouts. Lowder made five starts for the Dragons before his promotion, with his professional debut in April being particularly impressive.
