The song, released on January 12, was viewed far more than 63 million instances on YouTube and played far more than 14 million on Spotify inside 24 hours because its release. With this, it got the planet record for the most viewed Latin track on YouTube and the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours. Subsequently, it became the quickest Latin song video to attain one hundred million views on YouTube and the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in a single week.
Shakira and DJ Bizarrap have been offered their Guinness Globe Records certificates whilst they have been appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Saturday evening. The certificates have been presented by Guinness Globe Records adjudicator Michael Empric.
Bizarrap, a 24-year-old DJ and producer whose genuine name is Gonzalo Julián Conde, got his initially Billboard No 1 with Quevedo: BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 52 and later with Shakira: BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 53. Bizarrap’s collaborations with other artists, identified as “Bizarrap’s Music Sessions” has earned him 19.1 million subscribers on YouTube.
With BZRP Music Sessions Vol. 53, Shakira got her 12th Billboard No 1 hit. Interestingly, this song reached the top rated spot by replacing her other song Monotonía.
