Silkkitie and Indian Nurses: Expanding Healthcare Capabilities Through International Partnerships

Indian Nurses Heading to Finland as Part of Silkkitie’s Expansion

Silkkitie, a Finnish healthcare company owned by Sotjätti Attendo, is currently in the process of recruiting nursing staff from India. The local partner believes that there is great potential in this venture. As part of the recruitment process, nurses will need to undergo an apprenticeship and pass a Finnish nursing degree. While there are challenges in the recruitment process, including language tests and educational requirements, both companies are committed to providing comprehensive support to the nurses who will be coming to Finland.

The cooperation between Silk Road and Indian Walsons Healthcare has paved the way for bringing Indian nurses to Finland. With plans to increase the number of nurses at a rapid pace, this partnership is seen as a business opportunity by both companies. Richa Arora, the director of Walsons Healthcare, believes that there is a demand for nurses from India in Finland and sees this as a growth opportunity for their business.

Indian nursing degrees are not recognized in Finland, so nurses from India will need to undergo an apprenticeship and pass a Finnish nursing degree before they can start working in the country. Despite this challenge, many Indian nurses are excited about the opportunity to live and work in Finland – known for its high quality of life and strong economy.

Silkkitie and Walsons Healthcare are focused on responsible recruitment practices and ensuring that the nurses are well-prepared for their new roles in Finland. They use advanced technology and verification processes to confirm the authenticity of credentials, and they aim to provide transparent information to job seekers about their employment terms and benefits. By doing so, they hope to attract top talent from around the world while maintaining ethical standards throughout their recruitment process.
