OTC offering free course on starting a childcare business on Monday night

The demand for childcare services in Bulloch County and its surrounding areas is increasing, making it a prime opportunity to launch a childcare business. Ogeechee Technical College is offering a free course on Monday, April 8, 2024, from 5-7pm to help aspiring entrepreneurs take the first step towards starting their own business.

The course will be held in the Oak Room of the Jack Hill Building on the OTC campus and will feature experienced childcare professionals and resources from the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. Topics covered include opening a licensed childcare facility or in-home learning center, expanding an existing business, education and job opportunities in Early Childhood Care & Education, and available financial resources.
