TechnipFMC has announced that it has agreed to sell its Measurement Solutions business to One Equity Partners for $205 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments at the closing of the transaction. The deal is expected to be completed during the first half of 2024.

The transaction is being represented by Latham & Watkins LLP, which has a corporate deal team led by Chicago partner Christopher Drewry and Houston counsel Thomas Verity, with associates Denny Lee, Kara Chung, Morgen Seim, and Byron Patton.
