On Thursday, Beaver Local emerged victorious over East Palestine in a baseball game that saw the Beavers take home an 11-1 victory. Coach Mark Cashdollar highlighted the importance of hitting for his team’s success, stating that it makes all the difference in their performance. The Beavers improved to 4-8 after the win, while East Palestine fell to 2-4.

The highlight of the game was a big second inning for Beaver Local, where they scored six runs. Delaney Morris had a crucial double that brought in two runs, giving the Beavers a significant lead. Morris spoke about the importance of clearing her mind to contribute to her team’s success and had two hits and three RBIs on top of that.
