Top Football News: Jamal Musiala Eyed by Manchester City and Chelsea; Arsenal in Pursuit of Newcastle’s Alexander Isak and RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko; Tottenham Mulling Over Serge Gnabry, Gibbs-White and Lukaku Potential Signings

Bayern Munich forward Jamal Musiala is drawing interest from Manchester City and Chelsea for a summer transfer, according to reports from the Guardian. However, Bayern is not looking to sell Musiala and is preparing a new contract offer for the 21-year-old, as per Fabrizio Romano. Arsenal is also eyeing reinforcements in the form of a striker and winger in the upcoming transfer window, with Alexander Isak of Newcastle and Michael Olise of Crystal Palace among their targets.

In addition to their pursuit of a striker, Arsenal is closely monitoring RB Leipzig and Slovenia forward Benjamin Sesko. Chelsea and Manchester United are also keeping tabs on Sesko, who has a release clause of 50m euros (£42.8m), reported by Ben Jacobs. Liverpool assistant manager Pep Lijnders is a target for Besiktas for their head coach vacancy while Liverpool and Paris St-Germain are eyeing Chelsea’s defender Levi Colwill.

Tottenham is interested in acquiring Bayern Munich’s Serge Gnabry, with the German forward potentially on the market. Spurs are also leading the race for Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White and are poised to make a move for the Englishman in the summer transfer window. Romelu Lukaku is expected to return to Chelsea at the end of his loan spell at Roma, as the Italian club may struggle to afford his permanent signing.

Chelsea and Newcastle are said to be interested in Arsenal and England goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale, as per CaughtOffside. Germany boss Julian Nagelsmann is reportedly in talks with Bayern Munich about becoming their new manager, with a decision expected in the coming week. Former Liverpool and Everton manager Rafael Benitez is set to take over as the head coach at Sao Paulo after his departure from Celta Vigo.
