Lawsuit Filed by Donald Trump Against Co-Founders of Trump Media & Technology Group, Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss

A legal battle between former reality-TV show contestants and the company they founded is ongoing. In February, Andy Litinsky and Wes Moss filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump, alleging that he had mishandled an attempt to take their company, Trump Media & Technology Group, public. They are also accused of improperly setting up the company. The lawsuit was filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Trump has now responded with his own lawsuit, claiming that Litinsky and Moss should forfeit their stock in the company due to their actions. The lawsuit alleges that their mishandling of the project caused a delay of more than 18 months. It also criticizes them for filing a Delaware suit against him, which attempted to block Trump Media’s successful plan to go public through a merger with Digital World Acquisition.

Trump’s lawsuit has brought attention to the ongoing legal battle between him and his former business partners. Despite recent fluctuations in its stock price, Trump Media’s success in going public has been significant and continues to be a point of contention between the two parties.
