The A.W. Chesterton Company and the Groveland Economic Development Committee are hosting a small business workshop this spring, inviting business owners and community members to attend. The event will take place on Wednesday, May 15 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the company’s location at 860 Salem Street.
During the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to hear presentations from three experts in the field of small business development: Lisa Gonzalez Welch, an Economic Development Specialist from the MA District Office of the Small Business Administration; Michael Thompson, a Northeast SCORE Mentor/Beverly Branch Manager; and Nancy Gerardi, the Regional Director of the Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Northeast Region.
The workshop will cover a range of topics related to starting, growing, and recovering businesses, including services and programs offered by the SBA, as well as opportunities for outreach and loans. It is an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs to learn more about how they can grow their businesses and achieve success in today’s competitive marketplace.
The event is free and open to all businesses and community members who are interested in attending. Those interested can register online through the event website to secure their spot at this valuable workshop.
