Recently, the Harlem Wizards returned to William Floyd to take on the faculty and staff from Tangier Smith Elementary School and John S. Hobart Elementary School in a friendly basketball game. The event was filled with excitement and fun as Kopa, the therapy dog, served as an honorary referee for the game.
The evening featured a “Wiz-Kids” warm-up, comedy, contests, raffles, slam dunks, autographs, and more. The night ended with the “Wiz-Kids” joining in the Wizards’ dance party.
The event was a huge success and was enjoyed by all who attended. Special recognition was given to the Hobart and Tangier Smith PTOs for their hard work in organizing the event. Additional photos from the event can be found in the album below.
