In a bid to promote their services, AT&T Business has launched a new campaign featuring actors from the hit TV series “The Office”. The campaign revolves around a new business idea by Rainn Wilson, who played Dwight in the show, to create custom sleep pillows that come with the sound of the actor’s voice as a soothing accompaniment to sleep. Despite the general incompetence of the characters portrayed in the show, AT&T Business’s solutions remain consistent in helping businesses succeed.
The campaign showcases actors such as Rainn Wilson, Jenna Fischer (Pam), Craig Robinson (Darryl), Creed Bratton (Creed), Kate Flannery (Merideth) and Brian Baumgartner (Kevin) working on launching the product. The team faces challenges such as keeping track of inventory, creating social media content and accessing the computer room to officially launch the site. However, they finally manage to launch it successfully and relax with their heads on their custom pillows.
AT&T Business announced this campaign during the Masters golf tournament and officially launched it on April 17th. Even though “The Office” has been off air for over a decade, its popularity on streaming services has kept it relevant. The actors from this show have appeared in various advertising campaigns over the years, utilizing their character personas at times and not at others. Some of these brands they have promoted include Cheerios, Bush’s Beans and Apple’s Filemaker.
