Lutoff-Perlo Named Chair of FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee

In her latest endeavor, Lutoff-Perlo expressed her excitement to lead a prestigious event as she gears up to welcome over 600,000 fans and visitors in the summer of 2026. Miami will host seven matches, including two semifinals and the bronze final, all of which will take place at the Hard Rock Stadium. Describing the experience as akin to overseeing seven Super Bowls, she is thrilled to be a part of such a significant event.

Lutoff-Perlo has a long history in the cruise industry and has held various senior positions within Celebrity and Royal Caribbean International since 1985 when she started her career at Royal Caribbean as a district sales manager. Prior to her current role as vice chair for Royal Caribbean Group, she served as the president/CEO of Celebrity Cruises since 2014. Her involvement in the world of fútbol continues to grow with Royal Caribbean being the main partner of Inter Miami CF.

As part of her new role, Lutoff-Perlo will collaborate closely with the FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee Co-chairs, Rodney Barreto and Beau Ferrari. Together, they will work to ensure that the event is a success and that the collaboration between South Florida’s public and private sector leaders is strong.
