Milford business burglary leads to arrest of suspects

On March 21st, two people were arrested in Milford, Del, in connection to a burglary that took place earlier in the month. The incident occurred at Red Bandana just after 4:30 a.m., when police responded to an alarm call. Upon arrival, they discovered that one of the front glass windows had been shattered. The owners reported that over $4,000 worth of merchandise had been stolen.

Two days later, some of the stolen property was located which helped detectives identify one suspect, 37-year-old Donald Fulmore. Police met with Fulmore and discovered he was in possession of the remaining stolen property. Another suspect, 18-year-old Brooklyn Marcum, was also identified as a co-conspirator in the crime.

Fulmore was charged with third-degree burglary, theft, criminal mischief, selling stolen property valued at over $1500, selling stolen property under $1500, and third-degree conspiracy. He was later released on an unsecured bond. Marcum was charged with third-degree conspiracy and released on her own recognizance.
