In May, the Community Action Agency of Columbiana County’s Health Centers are celebrating Women’s Health Month by holding gift basket drawings at five locations in the county. The drawings will start on Monday, May 13 and continue until the end of the month. The team preparing for the drawings includes Dr. Kristi Johnson, OB-GYN; Mallory Smith, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner; Carlie Zimmermann, CMA; Norita Price, LPN; and Linda Devore, LPN.

During Women’s Health Month, any woman who visits a CAACC Health Center as a patient from May 13 through the end of the month will have the chance to win a Women’s Health gift basket. The CAACC Health Centers are federally-qualified and open to all county residents regardless of their ability to pay. They accept Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurances, and offer a sliding fee scale based on family income for those without insurance. Both existing and new patients are encouraged to schedule appointments for services including primary care, physicals, health checks, gynecological care, prenatal care/family planning, and blood testing. To book an appointment during Women’s Health Month, call 330-424-5686. The CAACC Health Centers are located at various locations in Lisbon, East Liverpool, Salem
