The consultant advised that with a solid base from their monthly income and owning a large amount of money like 11-12 billion VND, investing smartly and allocating the money wisely is crucial for their financial plan.

If the family receives compensation due to planning, the consultant recommended allocating about 50% of the money into rental investment real estate. Residential land with good growth potential in the future could be another option for this segment, allocating 30% of the money. The remaining 20% should be reserved for reserve funds and highly liquid assets.
