‘Tis the Season for Science is an annual event running from November 24th to January 7th, happening daily between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The Cox Science Center and Aquarium will be hosting various holiday activities during this time, such as “Let it Snow” Planetarium Shows, Laser Light Holiday Shows, Frigid Science Demonstrations, and Winter Wonder STEM activities. The Cox Science Center and Aquarium offers a variety of hands-on educational exhibits, a 10,000-gallon aquarium, digital planetarium, Discovery Center for Pre-K children, conservation-themed Mini-Golf Course, and outdoor science trail. One of its standout displays is the “Journey Through the Human Brain,” showcasing cutting-edge neuroscience research.
In addition to its scientific offerings, the center hosts daily live science shows in the Cox Amphitheater. Recently, the center received a $20 million gift from Palm Beachers Howard and Wendy Cox leading to a name change and plans for a transformative capital expansion campaign.

Admission to ‘Tis the Season for Science is $24 for adults, $20 for children, $22 for seniors, and free for members.
