Dignity Health and Aetna Negotiate New Contract to Ensure Continued In-Network Access in California, Arizona, and Nevada

After failed negotiations, Dignity Health facilities and providers were initially dropped from Aetna’s health insurance network in early April. However, the two companies have now successfully negotiated a new contract that allows Aetna members to continue receiving in-network access to Dignity’s services, facilities, and providers in California, Arizona, and Nevada.

The new multi-year contract, which went into effect on April 1, ensures that any Aetna members who have received services from Dignity since that date will be covered.
