Four players released by Eagles – Yahoo Sports

In recent news, the Philadelphia Eagles have made several roster moves to make room for their newly drafted players and undrafted signings. On Monday, the team waived defensive tackle Noah Elliss, wide receiver Griffin Hebert, defensive back Tiawan Mullen, and offensive lineman Lecitus Smith. Additionally, the Eagles officially announced the signing of tackle Mekhi Becton.

Of the players who were released, only offensive lineman Lecitus Smith has regular season experience, having appeared in 10 games and making two starts for the Cardinals in 2022. The Eagles will be holding their rookie minicamp this weekend, where they will get their first chance to work with this year’s rookie class. Following this event, more roster moves may be made as the team continues to shape its roster for the upcoming season.
