The main office on Wood Street is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the hours of satellite locations can be found on the Satellite Locations page.
Appointments are strongly encouraged at this time to ensure safety and convenience, with virtual and phone appointments also available for those who prefer remote services. In addition, virtual after-hours personal interviews and provider orientations can be scheduled as needed.
To accommodate busy schedules, ELRC Region 5 has recently introduced Tuesday evening phone hours from 5 to 7 p.m., providing extended availability for families and providers who may require assistance outside of regular business hours. This move aims to make their services accessible and convenient for all, no matter the time of day or week.
