Jefferson City, MO – MU Health Care is expanding its urgent care services with a new and larger facility set to open at the end of May. The new location, situated in the 3500 block of West Truman Boulevard, will provide more space and additional services such as on-site imaging and lab draw.
This expansion reflects MU Health Care’s commitment to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare to the mid-Missouri community. To accommodate the opening of the new urgent care, MU Health Care has closed its Eastland drive location. However, the Edgewood drive urgent care will remain open until May 29 to ensure continuity of services for patients in Jefferson City.
The facility will be open seven days a week from 7:30 am to 7 pm for walk-in patients starting on May 30. This means that residents of Jefferson City and surrounding areas will have access to urgent care services whenever they need them, without having to wait for an appointment or travel long distances.
