33-year-old mother of three, Dieu Thuy, gained 6 kg due to irregular eating habits, late-night livestreaming and work-related stress. Despite being referred to as “Hanoi’s hot mom” for her attractive figure, she struggled to find time for the gym due to her busy schedule.
Thuy knew that she needed to take matters into her own hands and improve her figure for upcoming summer events.
