Greyloch, LLC, a unique cabinet manufacturing facility in North America, has been named the Idaho Small Business of the Month for May 2024. Founded by Shaun Fickes in a garage and now occupying over 96,000 square feet in Star, the company is a symbol of Idaho’s entrepreneurial spirit.
Shaun and his four children own and operate Greyloch while employing 73 proud Idaho residents. The company is named after a peak near Lowman, where Shaun’s grandfather served as an Idaho forest ranger. Greyloch embodies the values of hard work, entrepreneurial drive, and strong commitment to the community that define Idaho.
The selection of Greyloch as the Idaho Small Business of the Month was made by U.S. Senator Jim Risch, a senior member and former chairman of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. The company will be recognized for its contribution to Idaho in the Congressional record of the U.S. Senate.
