Dr. Gilad Bodenheimer, head of the mental health department at the Ministry, emphasized that rumors about suicides and hospitalizations were false and that data was unknown.
In response to the massacre at the Nova and PsyDuck festivals, the Ministry of Health is actively providing psychological and psychiatric care to survivors in collaboration with Bituach Leumi and the Ministry of Social Welfare. They are following a comprehensive government solution proposed by the Prime Minister’s Office. Survivors and those in need of assistance are encouraged to contact the National Center for Mental Resilience for individualized treatment, available from Sunday to Thursday by calling *5486.
