Lyra Health offers support for a range of issues, including parent and caregiver stress, anger management, anxiety and depression, alcohol use, work stress and burnout, and relationship challenges. With Lyra, you can easily book in-person or virtual appointments, access care for your spouse and children, and utilize resources through the Lyra Health mobile app.

Signing up with Lyra is simple – either online at vanderbilt.lyrahealth.com or by calling 877-804-2856. Once you register, you’ll receive 12 counseling sessions per household member each year at no cost. You can choose from a list of mental health coaches and therapists who understand your unique needs and receive high-quality, evidence-based care to help you reach your goals.
