Muller Technology Showcases Custom Mobile Robotic Systems at NPE2024: Reducing OSHA Recordable Events and Boosting Efficiency in Plastics Production

The company’s new Mobile Manipulators (MoMas) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) are designed to revolutionize traditional downstream automation by providing continuous operation around the clock while reducing OSHA recordable events.

The MoMa represents a unique combination of an AMR and a cobot, equipped with a vision-based end-of-arm tool. As an Omron Certified Systems Integrator, Muller integrates AMRs and MoMas into turnkey automation operations at its facilities in Colorado and Switzerland. This collaboration has resulted in improved plant efficiency and cost reduction, as demonstrated by a recent project involving AMRs that led to the promotion of 23 employees to higher-level roles within their operation.
