A comprehensive overview of the startup ecosystem in Vietnam has been presented through the National Startup Index Report. The report, developed by the Institute for Entrepreneurship Research, part of the National Startup Association, was launched during a ceremony on April 17. This annual report will compare Vietnam’s startup ecosystem to those of other countries in the region and the world.
The report was emphasized by Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen An Thinh, Deputy Director of the Institute for Startup Research, who highlighted its importance in identifying advantages of Vietnam’s startup ecosystem, analyzing potential industries, and promoting investment in startups. The establishment of a knowledge and innovation economy, enhancing competitiveness, and fostering entrepreneurial spirit among youth are among its goals. The report is divided into five parts that analyze global startup trends, national startup criteria, localities, industries, fields, and startup faces.
