The Saints add five additional draft picks to their roster, including Spencer Rattler

The Saints have signed five of their draft picks, including fifth-round quarterback Spencer Rattler. On Thursday night, the team announced that they had secured contracts with Rattler, fifth-round receiver Bub Means, fifth-round linebacker Jaylan Ford, sixth-round defensive tackle Khristian Boyd, and seventh-round offensive tackle Josiah Ezirim.

Spencer Rattler was the 150th overall pick and has played three seasons at Oklahoma and two seasons at South Carolina. Throughout his career, he has completed 68.5 percent of his passes for 10,807 yards with 77 touchdowns and 32 interceptions while also rushing for 16 scores. He will now be part of a quarterbacks room that includes Derek Carr and Jake Haener.

With only second-round cornerback Kool-Aid McKinstry remaining unsigned, the Saints have successfully completed their draft class. The team is excited to welcome these new players to the roster and looks forward to seeing them contribute on the field in the upcoming season.
