Pioneer Technology Center congratulates two outstanding individuals for their successful completion of the Oklahoma CareerTech Business and Industry Services (BIS) Certification Program. This program is designed to cater to the professional development needs of coordinators, managers, or directors in various fields such as Business and Industry Services, Workforce and Economic Development, and Adult Career Development. Its primary goal is to enhance leadership styles, improve communication skills, and build partnerships both internally and externally.

Heather Smith and Brook Lindsay have achieved this feat by completing the BIS Certification Program. The BIS Certification Program is a comprehensive training program that aims to develop professionals in Business and Industry Services.
