Oklahoma CareerTech Announces Graduates of Business and Industry Services (BIS) Certification Program at PTC

Pioneer Technology Center congratulates two outstanding individuals for their successful completion of the Oklahoma CareerTech Business and Industry Services (BIS) Certification Program. This program is designed to cater to the professional development needs of coordinators, managers, or directors in various fields such as Business and Industry Services, Workforce and Economic Development, and Adult Career Development. Its primary goal is to enhance leadership styles, improve communication skills, and build partnerships both internally and externally.

Heather Smith and Brook Lindsay have achieved this feat by completing the BIS Certification Program. With their newfound expertise and skills, they are well-positioned to make significant contributions to their respective domains. The program has equipped them with the knowledge and tools required to succeed in their roles and progress in their careers.

The BIS Certification Program is a comprehensive training program that aims to develop professionals in Business and Industry Services. The program covers topics such as strategic planning, project management strategies for business services operations management systems (BSOMS), effective communication skills for managing people in business services operations management systems (BSOMS), leadership styles for managing teams in business services operations management systems (BSOMS), conflict resolution strategies for managing teams in business services operations management systems (BSOMS).
