GLENS FALLS — Head Coach Kevin Hind and the Randolph Cardinals boys basketball group had to wait 19 years amongst games at Cool Insuring Arena at the New York State Public Higher College Athletic Association championships.

Hind and the Cardinals had been set on not waiting that extended once again and it worked due to the fact they’ll be back Saturday.

Randolph battled via adversity Friday in its Class C state semifinal against Section IV’s Moravia and prevailed by virtue of a 50-43 victory.

“I just have no words,” Hind stated about advancing to the state final. “Then with a single of our ideal players going down early, we’re rolling and factors are actually seeking superior. We play six guys, a kid (Cooper Freeman) from the jayvee group hadn’t played a varsity minute came in and played 13 minutes, took care of the ball and didn’t turn it more than.
