Vandalism caught on camera: Thief strikes Miramar business twice in one night

Miramar police and Broward Crime Stoppers are seeking any information that may lead to the apprehension of a man who vandalized The Forever Smoke Shop just before its grand opening. The business, located in Miramar, was targeted by the suspect who came out of the shadows with hammers in hand and smashed the front windows and door of the shop. After causing damage, the man took a photo of his handiwork before moving to the back of the shop to do the same. He returned 20 minutes later to inflict more damage before destroying the surveillance cameras.

The owner of The Forever Smoke Shop declined to speak on camera due to fear and uncertainty about the perpetrator’s identity and motives. Anthony Pascariella, owner of Major Ink Studios nearby, expressed disbelief at the situation and support for the affected business owner. The grand opening, scheduled for Saturday, may be impacted by this incident.
